I don’t know about space rhinos, but Space Hippos is already taken by Spelljammer, a DnD Setting… IN SPAAAAAAACE.
Seriously, funnest race ever. I had a character that simply collected titles.
Sir Doctor-Admiral Archibald Whimbleton the Third, Slayer of Beholders, Bloodscourge of the Redriver Agency was his end title. I still feel like I’m missing a title there, but it’s been a couple of years. I forced anyone “announcing” my presence to give the full title.

I actually originally meant to draw a hippo but he ended up being a rhino in the end haha
I think they had advanced space rhino(like) in the tv shot the doctor. or atleast they look like it 😛
