When it comes to Pokemon, real-life Locke has some strong opinions. This comic often becomes a recepticle for his thoughts and our conversations.
Honestly, this is one of the best comics he’s ever written.

To this day, I still profess my utmost desire to live in the world of Pokémon, regardless of what region. All those friendly people, super villains that are defeated by children… it’d be fantastic. Of course, my pokémon of choice would be the most powerful and entertaining of creatures. Someone I can trust my life with and call my dearest friend.
Oh man… if it were only real… id catch a million wurmple and have at that wurmple challenge, just to show everyone that wurmple are everything you need!
There are more than Magikarps there. Say hello to my little Gyarados.
Well written, Locke.
And don’t forget the mouse than can shoot lighting or the pink balloon that can sing you to sleep or the cat that gives you free money or the pile of mud that is called “Muck”?:P
“When a duck waddles out of a pond wielding psychic powers you need to be ready to come at it with a chicken that produces whirlwinds of fire with roundhouse kicks.”
That is an amazing life lesson, right there. It needs to be on a motivational poster. Or a t-shirt.
Honestly, I think the best shirt ever would be:
“It’s not all Sunshine and Magikarps.” With Magikarp splashing in the sunlight and a rainbow in the background. :3
I’m sorry? Did he just say that you should counter a psyduck (water/psychic) with whirlwinds of fire and kicks (say, blaziken, fire/fight)? Water > Fire and Psychic > Fight. What in the hell?
In retrospect; I figure other people have posted similar stuff, but I just wanted to add my two cents to the mix. Sue me.

That pokémon… is Psyduck. ^_^
…even black and white?

I’d want the T-shirt that says “Pokemon – Serious Business”
Damn straight Locke!
Hahahahhaa, I laughed so hard when I saw this. Great comic guys! And Locke? I see what you did thar. Nice Psyduck ref.
My favorite pokemon? Gardevoir ftw
Gardevoir is my fav too <3
Read some of the pokedex entries.Especially Drifloon,Frosslass,Drowzee,Yamask,Jellicent, and a lot others, including the glitch pokemon, which have their pokedex entries sometimes list them as 80 feet tall.An 80 foot tower of pureglitch. The Pokemon Special manga is how the creators originally envisioned the series, and that had a Sandslash slicing an Arbok in half. You can see its spine. Finally, these links. http://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/HighOctaneNightmareFuel/Ptitle2gli7wce?from=HighOctaneNightmareFuel.PokemonBlackAndWhite http://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/NightmareFuel/Pokemon http://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/HighOctaneNightmareFuel/Ptitlecm0ohq79
