I feel Locke’s pain. I know what it’s like to feel like you’re doing awesome and then you suddenly get crushed by an overwhelming force.
When I normally play an RTS, I’d play a mission or two and then take a break. With Starcraft 2’s campaign, I want to just keep playing, it’s so good. It’s hard to do that though since I beat it already. I may go through it again aiming for more achievements, but I have little incentive to do so.

Ive watched a lot of player battles, but never played starcraft myself. The zerg rush always seems to work if you can get them real fast. The only problem with starcraft is the sloooooooooooow production time. In command and conquer you can have hundreds of units in a few minutes if you build smaller ones.
I’m not sure exactly, but Starcraft 2 feels a lot quicker than the first one. And yeah, in a lot of the command and conquers, basic troops build within seconds. It’s pretty cool 😛
The player fights had some units requiring multiple minutes to build, small maps, very enclosed areas for units to go within, not much customization, on the up side: it has good particles, many units have special abilities, and its more tactical. command and conquer always appealed to me, especially since CC4, the moving bases and war factory allows you to barge into their base and build tanks 😀
I suspect more starcraft2 comics will be coming out in the next weeks. and zerg rush fail XD
I’d love to do more, but Locke doesn’t own the game. He’s the writer so that pretty much leaves it all to me. I’ll see what I can come up with : )

Plus i;ve noticed that the ads always go along with the comic, there are star craft ads ATM…that a coincidence?
Google displays ads based on the content of the site. Since I talked about Starcraft, there’s Starcraft ads. That happens a lot actually.
Ohh…no wonder i saw chess ads when there were chess comments…eve ads when eve comics…i get it now :p
and right now im looking at league of legends ads.
For starcraft 2, if you’re going for the Vs AI achievements, play on Debris Field because the AI doesn’t commonly build anti-air structures.
Also using void rays is the best idea ever.
