What are ants good for? Other than feeding anteaters. Are they good for the dirt? Like worms?

Gah, I hate bugs. So ants can lift three times their own weight? Woo freaking hoo. Ants don’t weight much. I can lift thousands of times more weight than an ant! Screw you ants!
