I heard that the creators of Frozen said that “Love is an Open Door” is the villain song because it’s chock full of double meanings and Hans is actually talking about himself and the kingdom, not Anna.
That makes so much sense! Besides, Elsa might be the source of most of the conflict in the movie, but she’s not the villain. Weird! I think it’s a movie that gets better the more you think about it.
Don’t forget that it is very much a matter of opinion that those are the best songs in each movie. I personally would pick the introduction song to Hunchback of Notre Dame over Hellfire any day.
I’ve never seen Frozen. But I know some people who have, and they all seem to think it’s like magic stuffed with pirate gold. So I will shamelessly promote one of my youtube subs.

In the original draft, Disney was thinking of making Elsa the villain, which is more true to the original fairy tale.
