The only game I’ve ever pre-ordered was Skyrim, because I wanted the map pre-order bonus. It was with Best Buy. That map is kinda neat, but not nearly as amazing as the map that came with every copy of Morrowind. It was impossible to get anywhere in the game without it.
I’m always way behind on new games. By the time I finally get to play ’em, they’re not really worth talking about anymore.

I do the same thing, Ence. I mean, when a new game suddenly comes out or I find out its release date, I can’t afford it.
So, after saving up for a while, I buy it and it’s not new anymore.
Or I just find out about its existence a year after it comes out.
As Bioshock Infinite goes, its a wonderful game. I haven’t played enough of the other two to compare it to them, but by itself its amazing. I pre-ordered the Songbird Edition for the limited content that was only available to the first few thousand people to order it, and i’m mildly disappointed at the quality of the content inside the box, but its still a great game and if i could, I would still purchase it all over again.

Yeah, I didn’t play the first Bioshock until last year. It came out six years ago!
