When a Writer draws…By Locke on September 30th, 2009
My art class had me created a piece surrounding three words of my choice. My entry, a painting entitled “Never Say Die”, depicted an epic fight between knights and horrible creatures of the deep sea. The paint aspect of it was a last minute decision, mostly because a few people complained that there was too much white space in my initial sketch. The painting didn’t go as well as I had hoped…but it was ok for my first attempt. Sometimes I wonder what Ence’s thought process is like when he’s drawing. I’ve physically seen him draw, I know his practice methods, and yet it seems so easy for him to draw what is in his mind’s eye. It always is impressive to see how his imagination interprets my scripts. I have two questions to ask of you all. First, would anyone like to see the bad painting? And second, would anyone take interest at all if Ence and I had a role reversal, introducing a separate story much different from Massive Pwnage? Meaning, I would draw, as well as oversee the main plot with Ence helping me with ideas on the side? |
i wouldnt mind seeing you pic(since i can’t draw anything but medieval weapons) and a second completely different story sounds interesting
I want to see your painting! I wouldn’t mind having you draw and be plot overseer for a story. I think its a cool idea
Considering I see it already, hell yes! Upload ’em!
