Something to do with planets in the sky and gods and myth and math and blah blah blah.

Actually, funny story about the number 777 involving programming and why it exists for casino slots and whatnot, but I won’t really go into it too much. The base of it is that slots were programmed to pay out in the Linux operating system, which revolves mostly around the number 777 when referring to access of programs, and 777 access is very rarely recommended to be used. At least that’s what my UNIX teacher told me, who knows if there’s much validity in that. 😀
Nice, congrats on 777 comics!
Thanks! It snuck up on me!
I know it has a probably has a religious origin or something, but I choose to believe that 7 is lucky because it is the number you should bet on for the the sum of two dice.
And it makes sense since 7 as a lucky number comes up a lot in gambling places.
Planets in the sky??
Doctor Who reference??
Nah, I wish though. According to the wiki I linked, you can see seven planets in the sky with the naked eye, including the sun and the moon, even though I don’t think they’re planets. Kinda neat!
