I’m not sure what my favorite villain would actually be. Depends on the story? I love what Scott Snyder did with James Jr. in the Black Mirror. Hush was good, but not Jeph Loeb’s Hush. Paul Dini’s Hush. Oh! Mad Stan from Batman Beyond. Bam. Case closed.
