This comic was spawned out of a conversation Ence and I had about fan fiction. I’ve read few good fan fiction… actually there was only ONE good piece of fan fiction I really did like. In general, I have a certain loathing towards the concept of fan fiction. While most of them start out as a tribute to good fiction, it usually evolves into a personal shrine where relationships between characters (mostly male) can blossom into unsung romances. Another reason I just don’t deal with them is that the writing is horrible at times, but their fans are cut-throats who don’t realize what they are reading is unfaithful to the shows they are trying to pay tribute to. Vash and Edward Elric do NOT kill people, nor enjoy it and compliment each other for skill in said murder. It’s like…throwing an M80 at the Pope, or, heck I don’t know, sticking bananas into the tailpipe of an ambulance. It’s just bad.

haha, so true. IF you can find good fan fiction and thats a big IF it can be really good, but most is just… disturbing…
