Interesting question. I’m reminded of a small-time sci-fi show called Seven Days. It aired alongside Star Trek TNG in the early 90’s. The government had a time machine, but it could only take you 7 days into the past max. The question was posed by a character: if you keep travelling back in time repeatedly, do you get older because you’re accruing an extra week of time that nobody else does, or are you aging normally because you get that week back? I don’t believe they were able to answer themselves.

That is relevant to my interests and requires further investigation.
